House 1 adopts a cool, dark palette with dark joinery complimented by timber highlights & a burnished concrete floor. The interior has been designed with the Queensland climate in mind, focusing on shading, cross-ventilation and dark, cool tones with a contemporary edge.
House 1:
House 2 has a light & bright interior - consisting of herringbone timber flooring & timber laminate joinery. Similar to it's House 1 neighbour, operable screens face the street, appealing to the local character of the area. A white colour scheme to the upper level is contrasted by a dark ground floor base to the house.
