Our clients approached us with the intent to do a full gut renovation on their existing apartment.

They loved the location & its proximity to Brisbane's Howard Smith Wharves precinct, however felt the apartment needed a lift as it was dark & dysfunctional.
​
Our approach was to redesign the entire living, dining & kitchen space to open up onto the existing outdoor terrace. A bespoke joinery spine was an idea we discussed early in our design meetings, the intent of this was to give the space a contemporary feel while also maximising storage - something that is often limited in apartments.
The Master Suite has been completely stripped out & renovated. The joinery finish flows through to these areas. The ensuite feels spacious & luxurious.

Brand new timber floors have been installed throughout the apartment.
The internal finishes of the ensuite are neutral, giving a relaxed sanctuary-like feel.
