Our Coorparoo renovation & extension is a new multi-generational home for 2 families.

To keep the build cost on budget, rather than demolish the existing house, we proposed to retain it & renovate the interior.
​
A newly designed street-front secure line gives a hint of what is happening beyond.
A courtyard style home will sit beyond the existing renovated home & included a pool, fire pit / chimney & grass area which will connect to the contemporary extension.
